Connections Kids FAQ
Welcome! We are so excited that you are a part of our Kids ministry or considering visiting! We want to do everything we can to make your family's experience an enjoyable one.
What are your Registration Process, Security and Safety Policies?
We use a check-in process for all children birth through grade 5. At registration you will receive sticker name tags with matching numbers and icons, one for yourself and one for each child you register. If you are needed during the worship gathering, we will page you using the number on your name tag. Please make sure you verbalize to the person checking you in if your child has any allergies or other dietary concerns, as children will often be provided water and a small snack. Please make sure your child has visited the restroom and finished any beverages before entering their specific class.

Save time and pre-register for our secure Children's Checkin Here! Once you register as a parent/guardian you will be able to input the information of each of your children so check-in will be a breeze!
What is the security process for selecting volunteers?
Our Kids Team members and staff have been screened for criminal backgrounds in order to participate in kids’ ministries. This ensures the safety of all kids attending our classes.
What is your Illness Policy?
Out of the respect of other children and our volunteers if your child is experiencing any of the following symptoms we ask that you do not bring them into their class:
-Fever greater than 99.9 F in the past 24 hours
-Green nasal discharge
-Drainage from the eyes or ears (excluding pink eye that has been treated with medication for 24 hours)
-Any rash that is considered contagious
-Chicken Pox lesions that have not crusted over
-Diarrhea or vomiting that has occurred within the past 24 hours
Again, if you are planning on visiting and have children from birth to grade 5 you can save time by pre-registering them into the secure KidCheck database. Once you create a parent account, use the Kid tab to fill out information for each of your children.
